Also in the award-winning chain is the company’s Managing Director/CEO, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, who won the Housing CEO of the Year award.
The 4th edition of the event held at the University of Ibadan International Conference Center with the theme “Rethinking National Housing Policy and Bridging the Gap Between Sustainability and Affordability” used the technology, finance and climate change as factors to consider.

The organisers, when presenting the award to property company Apex and its GMD, said that “the company’s leaps and bounds, physical development and architectural masterpiece, coupled with its affordability strategies and credibility, prompted the organizers to bestow the honor in recognition of the transformational impact he had brought to the real estate experience and economic growth in the South West and Nigeria.
The Adron boss, who was represented by the company’s General Manager of Business Strategy, Mr. Ayodeji Omoniyi, thanked the event organizers for recognizing Adron Homes and his humble person as deserving of the award.
