Birmingham-based Rail District Ventures, a newly formed parent company of DOBI Real Estate, Twenty Two Title and Alliance Title of Michigan, has hired Brandon Boudreau as CEO.

Boudreau was previously chief operating officer at Detroit-based Metro-West Appraisal and Valuation Link, which was acquired by Class Valuation earlier this year.

Rail District Ventures is expanding locally, with new offices opening in Grosse Pointe and Northville and plans for continued regional expansion.

“The positive culture we have in our corporate family is unparalleled and contagious. Our team members and clients feel it,” says Boudreau. “Creating positive experiences in all aspects of the real estate transaction for all parties involved is the mission, we do this by being a resource and creating lasting relationships.”

Rail District Ventures is a business management platform designed to support the family of real estate companies with the best legal, financial, human resources, marketing, operations, mergers and acquisitions and general management services.

In his role, Boudreau says he will focus his attention on “the vision is to expand our brands and continue to deliver more value to our customers every step of the way.”
