Chime, a customer relationship management proptech, today announced its new social media tool, Social Studio, according to a press release.
The company says the native platform’s capability is designed to help real estate professionals capitalize on social media “as a low-cost opportunity to build awareness and fill their pipeline.”
It claims to achieve this by automating the creation and publishing of organic social media posts directly from its existing platform. Chime says that as a result, agents can reduce the time spent developing “engaging content,” and can in turn spend time managing operations.
Key features included in Social Studio include:
- Automatic presentation of listings, websites and blogs in MLS and current website
- Advanced Post Scheduling
- Detailed lead engagement metrics and personalized lead nurturing campaigns
- Automatic posting when listing status changes on MLS
“Every real estate professional knows that time is money and as the market tightens, it matters more than ever where you spend your time and focus. Our platform has always been designed to help automate key business functions and empower agents and teams to do what they do best: serve the customer and close deals,” said Stuart Sim, Head of Industry Development at Chime, in the statement.
The company also noted that online marketing is a specific area of concern for agents, which is increasingly being used by agents to build consistent brand awareness and generate leads.
He says that with the housing market cooling due to inflation concerns and high mortgage rates, automation is an important efficiency for agents to combat rising business costs.
“Social Studio is another example of this commitment. By offering a fully automated social media management tool designed specifically for real estate agents, we can help our clients attract more followers and capture more leads while keeping costs low,” said Sim.
In other recent proptech news, GLOW announced a strategic partnership and investment commitment with Brookfield. Pet screening also announced integration with property management platform ResMan to streamline pet-related checks.
