At 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower in The Woodlands Towers at The Waterway, Clouthier Lawa Texas criminal and civil law firm represented in the lease by Ryan Dierker and Rob Banzhaf of Newcor Commercial Real Estate, leased 3,218 square feet, and Banorte Securities International, an investment management and brokerage services company represented by Jim Bell of Savills, has leased 3,170 square feet. At 1400 Woodloch Forest Drive, University title Co. a full-service title company represented by Patrick Buckhoff of the Business Advisor Group at Re/Max Integrity, has leased 4,781 square feet, moving from Spring. Tailwater Innovation Partnersan energy transition and engineering solutions provider represented by Samuel Slovacek of JLL, has leased 2,525 square feet to establish a new office. accron, a US-based chemical marketing organization represented by OJ Bobek of Bobek Realty Group, has leased 2,542 square feet to relocate from Magnolia to The Woodlands. Fuller Real Estate Partners and PCI Funds acquired Park Ten Plaza, a 157,759 square foot office building located at 15115 Park Row in the Energy Corridor. The building sits within the 550-acre Park Ten Business Park. Rick Goings, Kevin McConn, Marty Hogan and Jack Moody of JLL Capital Markets represented the seller, USAA Real Estate. Cameron Cureton and Wally Reid of JLL arranged financing for the acquisition through East West Bank. The building is 94% leased and features a new fitness center, executive-level conference room, state-of-the-art lobby, and recent HVAC and roof replacements.
