JP Weigand & Sons has named its next president and managing partner.
Real estate director Kevin Dreiling, who most recently served as president of Landmark Real Estate, will take office, CEO Nestor Weigand, Jr. announced Wednesday.
“It would be hard for me to overstate how thrilled we are to have Kevin join us as President of JP Weigand & Sons,” Weigand said in a statement. “He and I had a great relationship when he was a broker here over 25 years ago and we have a great relationship today. Kevin is a person of great integrity who is passionate about both the real estate industry and the Wichita community – we are so proud to have him.
Former President and CFO Peggy Ward left the company at the end of 2020 to pursue another opportunity.
Dreiling was a commercial broker at JP Weigand & Son from 1993 to 1996 before spending nearly 20 years with Restaurant Management Company, owning and operating restaurants throughout the Midwest.
“I am truly honored to have the opportunity to return to JP Weigand & Sons in this leadership role,” Dreiling said in the statement. “This organization and so many people who are part of the Weigand tradition have greatly influenced my life since the very beginning of my real estate career. I really look forward to working with Nestor, the Weigand family and the whole team.
Weigand employs more than 230 agents in eight offices in the Wichita area.
