The National Association of Realtors has selected Jim Edmonds, a Kīlauea real estate agent, as one of 10 finalists for its 2022 Good Neighbor Awards program.

The award honors real estate agents who make an extraordinary difference in their communities through their volunteer work. The public can vote for their favorite among the 10 Bon Voisin finalists. The top three voters will be recognized as Choice Web Favorites, with the winner taking home $2,500 and second and third place winners each receiving $1,250, funded by Vote on between September 1 and October 3.
