As obtained by media outlet, in a 2020 episode of KBS 2TV’s “Entertainment Weekly Live,” the power couple are among the top stars with the most valuable land acquisitions.
Kim Tae Hee and RAIN are said to have a combined real estate value of 81.4 billion won, or about $71.6 million. Among their real estate investments is their shared house in Itaewon with a staggering value of 4.4 million USD.
Meanwhile, the actress owns three buildings in Gangnam with an estimated combined value of $12 million.
As for the singer-actor, he owns a six-story shopping mall in Cheongdam-dong and a private luxury villa worth 5.3 million USD.
