The distribution will be payable on February 28, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 18, 2022.

Effective November 8, 2021, NHF changed its name to NexPoint Diversified Real Estate Trust and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol NXDT.
