In late January, national real estate firm Patrinely Group LLC and New York-based real estate investment firm Dune Real Estate Partners purchased the FOUR106 office tower site from the FANA group of companies.

The 484,000 square foot, 21-story office tower will act as a mixed-use facility and will include approximately 480,000 square feet of rental space.

FOUR106 will feature a fully equipped fitness center with showers and lockers, hands-free entrances, hands-free elevators and hands-free restrooms. The space will also have underground parking with electric vehicle charging stations, with nearby access to I-405 and I-90.
