SNJK Inc. purchased 211 E. 7th Ave. in Denver – home to Counter Culture Brewery, Wild Taco and Aloy Thai – for $3.6 million from Elevation Development Group, acting as 7th and Sherman Development LLC.

Bannock Partners LLC and Clarkson Arms LLC purchased 20 multi-family units at 1440 Clarkson St. in Denver for $2.6 million from 1440 Clarkson Street LLC. Hunter Schaefer of Northpeak Commercial Advisors represented the seller. Conner Piretti and Greg Johnson of NorthPeak represented the buyer.

PMB and Montgomery Street Partners are developing a 365,000 square foot life science project called Coal Creek Innovation Park in downtown Superior. Plans call for three office/laboratory buildings ranging from 85,000 to 150,000 square feet, and a fourth building with ground floor retail, amenities and structured parking. CBRE’s Nelson Udstuen and Erik Abrahamson are leading the rental efforts.
