MOVE Guides is the new relocation management company for the $150 million talent mobility industry. We provide a single view of mobility with real-time access to information for all stakeholders involved in a move, while supporting employees and their families through their move. Through MOVE Guides’ technology, customer service, financial support and vendor marketplace, we deliver a global mobility program for the 21st century organization.

We provide the best in mobility technology and program management in one flexible solution. Our Talent Mobility Cloud brings together more than 1,000 external providers (such as shipping companies, immigration lawyers and real estate agents), coordinates payments in more than 100 currencies and centralizes data on the global mobility of talents.

Our technology platform is built on the industry’s first data model. Using real-time data analytics, we make recommendations on which employees to move, at what cost, and with what experience. This provides unprecedented transparency, real-time access to information, one-stop data entry, and rapid collaboration between all stakeholders involved in an employee move. Companies are able to drive predictive analytics to help attract and deploy talent globally. Data analytics can also enable mobility teams to become a key business partner for their business.

Cloud technology

The Talent Mobility Cloud is complemented by dedicated cross-functional support to ensure the success of the global mobility program. Each employee receives a dedicated MOVE Advocate to coordinate services on the employee’s behalf, manage escalations, and provide a central point of contact throughout their move. In addition to this, our Customer Success team supports companies with implementation, training and quarterly business reviews throughout the life of their mobility program.

MOVE Guides helps many multinational companies relocate their employees to over 150 cities – domestically and internationally. Our clients include Societe Generale, SurveyMonkey, Adobe, Tesco and lululemon athletica.

Move hub

We offer HR and mobility teams 33% more efficiency, thanks to the automation of business processes and the centralization of data. With access to intuitive technology, employees report 97% satisfaction and are better prepared to start working after using our platform. Companies also see 50% lower fees than a traditional relocation management company and 100% transparency on total spend to enable business decisions.

Brynne Herbert founded MOVE Guides in 2011 after working across Asia as an investment banker for Standard Charter and Lehman Brothers. Having experienced the challenges of employee relocation first-hand, she was determined to build a business that would allow companies to easily and efficiently deploy talent globally.

Today, MOVE Guides has over 100 staff across offices in London, San Francisco, New York and Hong Kong and is backed by New Enterprise Associates and Notion Capital.
